Hi i need some help with requisition query

actually, all these 4 records are for same person so is there any way to restrict the data only to pull based on latest creation date, i have attached the query for reference, we are pulling records :

Phase = “New”

• State = Manager Review (pull only the candidates who were in/are currently in this state).  

 

Phase = “Screen”

• Pull all candidates who were in/are currently in the “screen” phase, regardless of “state”

 

Phase = “Interview & Selection”

• Pull all candidates who were in/are currently in the “interview & selection” phase, regardless of “state”

 

Phase = “Offer”
