Add recipient address filters to OCI Email Delivery service
We have customers who use Email Delivery for other services like Analytics Cloud. However, for some sensitive delivery needs they would like to constrain the recipients to only their own domain. Presently, nothing prevents email being sent (intentionally or otherwise) to an inappropriate domain.
Consider adding recipient address filters even as simple as regex patterns (with a "Test Pattern" button 😉) to allow or block certain destination addresses. With this model, each email recipient would have to pass all applied filters before the email was allowed to be delivered. Presumably there would be some type of tracking/logging on emails that were blocked from delivery because they did not pass the filter. Also, Event notification would be useful so admins could track the source of a "rogue" email delivery address being improperly attempted.
