Learning Self Service View Offering Details not in Redwood

Summary:

We have enabled Learning Self-Service for Managers and Leaders, but the Browse Catalog/Offering details are not in redwood for some reason

The Learner UI is still not in redwood along with the Browse Catalog and Course Details - but the Current Learning, View Transcript, and My Learning Communities are all in redwood. I am not sure what steps I am missing. The profile option that is linked to the Course details is set to Yes. Are there other HCM components that I also need to enable?

But if I go into Me Tab - show more - Search Learning Catalog I can see Redwood.
