How to add field to expression grouping

Summary:

We recently created a Attribute_Number type DFF field and want to bring that for use into the expressions. We have added it via the "Configure Tables and Columns" screen, but it is not showing in the expression builder. I noticed the "Expression Grouping - Level 1" is a null field and believe that may be the problem. How can I get it so that DFF attribute is added in that expression grouping?
