How to update records in the interface table CST_I_INV_TRANSACTIONS

As part of the inventory costing process, when we are running the program "Transfer Transactions from Inventory to Costing" the data is getting inserted into the table CST_I_INV_TRANSACTIONS. As part of the business process, we are trying to update the attributes information in the table CST_I_INV_TRANSACTIONS. We don't find the REST or SOAP service for this. Can you please let us know
