When i rejected the transaction in full view its showing approved by.

Summary:

as you can see below screenshot i have rejected a transaction and in the task view its showing fine as transaction is rejected(Task Completed - Reject)

But when i select the mode as full view there it is showing that the task is approved by followed by action owner

is it standard or like approved by means action taken by.?
