Employment Info Page under Workforce Administration Page is not working as Expected

Requirement: We have the Requirement that the Employee is having the Line Manager and HR Roles.

Line Manager should not have the Access to Additional Assignment Info Section under Employment Info, But HR (Workforce Administration) should have the access for Additional Assignment Info Section under Employment Info.

Issue: Using EL Expression and HCM Design Studio, We restricted the Access of Additional Assignment Info Section for Line Manager (My Team → Employment Info), but those Additional Assignment Info section is getting Disabled for HR (Workforce Administration → Employment Info) as well.

Actual Result :

HR (Workforce Administration) is not able to see the Additional Assignment info under RUI Pages after restrict the Additional Assignment info to Line Manager (My Team)
