I want to update the DB table when the transaction is Reassigned or delegated

Summary:

Hi Team

Is there a possibility that we can update the DB table when the transaction is reassigned or delegated through PCS Standard actions

like we have a 4 level workflow in which we don't know which user is going to reassign or delegate

so if it is reassigned at second level and the person who taken action after reassigned that name need to be updated in table instead of first person

we have rest api to get the data but it will give all the actions approved,rejected,reassign but how can we update that value in DB at certain column
