Problems extracting and uploading csv with rare characters

Hi,

We are carrying out a process of cleaning up the contents of orphaned documents and we have problems deleting document content which name contains with rare characters.

For example this content:

If we extract the csv in OTM with export csv utility the next csv is generated:

We noted the " " characters is added. Probably the user added the rate character copying unconsciously the name file from the clipboard.

And when we upload the csv with delete option we get an error:

Can you please tell us if there are any possibility of upload this cases with csv?
