Termination Headcount from Trend real Time not giving correct headcount
Summary:
I'm working on an OTBI analysis to calculate and display the turnover percentage for leavers over the last two years as a line graph. The objective is to show two distinct lines:
- Turnover percentage for the last 12 months (labeled as "current year")
- Turnover percentage for the 12 months before that (labeled as "previous year")
Details:
- Y-axis: Leaver headcount
- X-axis: Leave month (formatted as MMM) with a rolling 12-month display, where the most recent full month appears on the far right of the graph.
I'm using the Workforce Trend Real Time subject area to retrieve data fields such as period start headcount, period end headcount, average headcount, leaver count, and turnover percentage within a specified date range. However, the termination headcount I'm getting is significantly lower than expected. I'm currently using
