is there any API for getting Person Gallery Portrait information via REST
our mobile team is using

Get all employeesMethod: getPath: /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/emps
however this information exposes all personal information, is it possible to get only public details from relevant REST API for Employee Profile or get Photo from Portrait
