Catalog Item is not visible on Requisition home page

Summary:

I have created one Functional area catalog

added few categories with default category and created catalog category hierarchy

Created one item , added it in local catalog and it is added in content zone

On requisition page I am not able to see and search the item but when i do enter requisition line item is coming in drop down but coming in search page

Do we to have BPA available for item which we are searching on Requisition page?
