Updating ATO model structure to PTO Model

We're trying to create an ATO Model which is subscription enabled which is not supported by Oracle

Currently, we're creating ATO Model structures which are subscription enabled which are subscription enabled and want to go-live with this design for the client. After a certain point of time, we're going to update the structure to PTO model which is subscription enabled as that is supported by Oracle. I wanted to know will it have any impact on the x-track modules i.e. will the system break somewhere if we make this changes like SO not getting created, issue with PO, etc.
