To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

How to Roll back Import External Content

Summary:

Hi there,

We integrated with LinkedIn Learning in our Dev and PROD environments.

When running the ESS: Load and Synchronize External Course Data process in DEV, the result is as expected. The LinkedIn Learning Catalog Courses are showing as New, but Not Imported when viewing these under Catalog Resources.

However, when running the ESS: Load and Synchronize External Course Data process in PROD, the experience is different. The LinkedIn Learning Catalog Courses are all showing as Current & Import Success when viewing these under Catalog Resources.

This is not ideal as we have to control which Linkedin Learning Courses should be surfaced for our Learners, by selecting this via the 'Import External Content' Page and clicking the 'Import' button.

Howdy, Stranger!
