How to default Year to Date and Estimate at Completion in Project Performance Dashboard

Summary: When using Project Performance Dashboard, for each region (e.g. Costs), users may select the View option to add in Year to Date (YTD) and Estimate At Completion (EAC) columns into each region. However after the user logs out, they have to add the columns back into the views again.

Is there anyway to get the application to retain the modified views or have an application administrator define a default view/layout for all users that includes the Year to Date (YTD) and Estimate At Completion (EAC) columns?

I have tried creating custom regions and using Sandbox's but nothing has retained the YTD columns. Additionally, I have tried using OTBI analysis, but I have been unable to limit the results to the in-scope Project ID.
