Are there any APIs for Data Exchange

Summary:

Data Exchange is used in most EPM module.

We need to be able to catalog them .. and more importantly, update connection info (specifically passwords)

Are they any rest apis to manage Data Exchange?

If so, can someone provide links to the documentation.
