CPQ LIG View Save Personalization

IN LIG View we have Save Personalization option.

User has set the option to Collapse All and Save Personalization. On incognito window where browser cache is not available, the view is set to Expand All.

Where does CPQ save the LIG View Personalization options? Is it in browser cache?
