Setting up one response per approval group in NIR workflow

Need to setup one response per approval group in NIR workflow

We've multiple users in multiple approval groups setup in an NIR workflow. The expectation is that if any one user from each of the approval groups approves, the NIR should get approved and move forward. To implement this, we've setup the response required to 'All' but this is causing the NIR to be approved by every user in every approval group which is not what we want. Can someone help on how we can achieve the requested outcome that I've mentioned above i.e. one user from each approval group should approve and the NIR should get completely approved.
