How to put a fild into mandatory field

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

I need to leave the mandatory address field, however I have already tried redwood without redwood and I have not been able to do it, I do not know if there is any guide to be able to do it. Into the addres exist a select option if you select the second and select de country they have mandatory fields but if you dont select the system permits create the person whiout addres.
