Sync EGO_ITEM_EFF_B to PaaS

Hi,

we have 12M records in ego_item_eff_b table, but as per Oracle we don't have PVO to bring the data to PaaS using the BICC.

Can you please let us know whats the best approach to sync large data from SaaS to PaaS?
