Is there a way to remove the Cancel Work Relationship tile in the responsive pages and Person Mgmt?

Hi -

We are looking for a way to limit or remove access to the Cancel Work Relationship Action in Person Management and the Cancel Work Relationship tile in the responsive pages.

I created a custom HR role, in test, TEST Human Resource Manager Custom and removed the Cancel Work Relationship privilege (PER_CANCEL_WORK_RELATIONSHIP_PRIV) only. The end users in HR use Person Management primarily, which I understand is not supported.

Upon removing the Cancel Work Relationship from the custom role, there are no longer Actions in the Work Relationship task. (See screen shots)

This effectively removed the Cancel Work Relationship tile from the Responsive pages as well - which is fine, but I cannot search for employees in the Work Relationship tile.
