Hide the checkbox "Notify Assignee" when assigning contract to another user

Summary:

We have created user statuses in the procurement contract to send contract for Finance, Business and Legal review.

user will select from the action list for example "Send for Finance Review" then a popup screen will open to select the assignee name.
in that popup screen, there is a checkbox to notify assignee.

Is it possible to make this checkbox "Notify Assignee" always enabled, or alternatively, hide it from the user interface, to ensure that the assignee is always notified and prevent the possibility of users accidentally disabling it?
