How to create tax collected at source in receivables module on Gross amount of Invoice

As per Income tax rules TCS is to be calculated on Base amount plus GST.

the Requirement is incase of Rs. 10000 invoice 18% GST to be charged i.e. 1800 and on this 11800 1%TCS to be charged. How can we setup this rate?

also this 1% is not for all services thus cannot club it with 18% GST rate.
