Here are the high-level requirements:
- Create a fast formula to capture overtime scenarios for employees.
- Day and Night Overtime should be generated only after completing normal working hours.
- Employees working night shifts are eligible for Day Overtime.
Employees working day shifts are eligible for Night Overtime.
