We have requirement to send email 5 days prior to pending worker conversion date

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have requirement to send email 5 days prior to conversion date of pending worker. Task is to consider the public holidays and saturday and sunday in the consideration. So if 5th day prior falls on any holiday then email should be send 1 day before that.

Please let me know if anyone has worked on same requirement.
