SSO for Fusion Application with ADFS

Hi,

I have gone through many of blogs and posts regarding subjected topic, however following queries are still required assistance.

In case SSO is configured with out chooser login option (SSO is only option)

a. Is user name maintained in fusion app required to be same as maintained in ADFS, can it be different like employee no. on fusion and email on AD?

b. How user will access fusion application from out side company network.

c. What will be impact on accessing fusion application via mobile app?

d. In case of new user created on fusion app for a new hire, user will auto synch on ADFS or do we have to build additional custom integration for this?
