Need to trigger approval based on condition

Dear Team,

We received a user requirement regarding the gardenning leave that when terminate an employee who are having gardenning leave, the approval should be trigger as below structure.

For GM & Above Cadre

approval should be sent to the following parties,

• HR Manager (employee’s LE)
• Employee’s Line Manager
• CEO of a LE

For Director & Above Cadre

Approvals should be sent to the following parties,

• Group CEO)
• Director – HR

Is there any possibility to do that. Appreciate your support on this.
