How to enable the CC and BCC to attached secondary recipients in the PO

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The procurement offering for opt in features for Purchasing is already enabled and as well the profile option "PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION" is also setup to enabled.

However, the CC and BCC to add secondary recipients is still not appearing in the PO page.

Please help how to enable this fields.
