Prompt LOV restriction in OTBI according to user Business unit data access

Summary: We are trying to restrict the prompt LOV which returns BU names that currency configured in the system. But we want that when a particular user will try to run the report, in the drop down of the prompt he can just see the BU names which he has access to through Manage business unit data access or maybe he is procurement agent of that BU.

But right now, user can see all the names which are configured in the system.

we have tried to restrict the LOV on the basis of user's Legal entity, but then user can see just one BU name which is also not the requirement of the client.
