Why I am unable to delete data from the Additions Exception Infotile

Hi ,

We have an issue where we have close to 600 records under Additions - Exception infotile. We would like to delete these exceptions so that we can keep the application clear.

We are able to delete it if we manually open one of the exceptions and change the queue status to Delete and save and close.

But we are not able to do the same from spreadsheet - Click on prepare all - In the sheet update the queue name to Delete - submit .

It is treating that as mass addition and giving me the validation error instead of deleting these exceptions.
