How do you facilitate associates selecting if they want to be recognized as a veteran?
Summary:
As an organization we regularly wish to recognize our veteran associates that wish to be recognized. I am looking for ideas from other organizations on how they facilitate allowing an associate to update their profile to identify as a veteran and confirm their agreement for company recognition of their service. Is out of the box functionality used or is this a custom configuration? Also, how do you campaign for associates to update this information? We currently do have a question on our application, but do not have this on the associate profile.
Note: We are currently not a Federal Contractor and do not collect the Protected Veteran status.
