Issue with Manual Entry of Counting Quantity in "Manage Manual Count Schedules" -Cycle Count

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have a question regarding the cycle counting process.

When an approver "Rejects" a sequence instead of marking it for "Recount," the rejected line is excluded from the counting process.

Therefore, we need to enter a new sequence it manually through the "Manage Manual Count Schedules" UI.

According to the User Guide, entering the item and counted Quantity manually in the UI should be very simple.

However, we’re encountering an issue where no field is available for users to input the counting Quantity.

I checked in the Sandbox environment, but the field is still not visible there.
