Is it possible to create transfer orders supplies and demands on non-working days?

Summary:

In our client’s organization, non-production days are registered as non-working days.

However, since inventory movements still occur on non-production days, we would like to import Transfer Orders on non-working days as well. Is there a way to do this? While Sales Orders can be imported on non-working days, Transfer Order dates shift if either the source or destination organization is on a non-working day.

Our client uses an External source system and creates SOs and TOs through FBDI.
