We need a way to permanently turn off the forecast on a SKU in Oracle Demand Management Cloud

Summary:

We need a way to permanently turn off the forecast on a SKU. I have hundreds of items that were turned off and whatever we changed recently looks like new combinations to the system and don’t have the 3s in Shipments Forecast Generate Forecast or dates in Adjusted Discontinuation Date. Without those values, the system turned forecasting back on for these combinations. We need to be able to globally turn an item off regardless of what happens at customer or org sub levels.
