Past Attempt Details of Learners

Issue:

We would like to view the learner's past attempts for specific courses through BIP or OTBI analysis.

Description:

We encountered a case where a learner successfully completed a course, but we’re unable to see the attempt details or status in the backend. The learner has multiple attempts, and we’re trying to retrieve information on past attempts. We tried using the 'Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time' subject area, but it takes a long time to load when including columns from 'Learner Activity Attempt Information.'

Is there a way to efficiently query past attempts using BIP or OTBI analysis?
