HDL for Candidate Personal Information - Ethnicity

Hello,

We would like check if anyone have experience in converting the Ethnicity from Taleo to ORC.

From Career site we able to validate that we can load multiple Ethnicity for a candidate. However, using HDL we are encountering the error "JBO-25090: Attribute value US leads to duplicate keys for this entity type HDLSubmissionServiceAM.RegulatoryResponseLogical" when loading multiple Ethnicity. Even though we have unique response ID we still encountered the same error.

You suggestion is highly appreciated.
