Hello

We are using the LearningRecord.dat file to load data from another system into Oracle.

I can see that ‘AssignedByPersonNumber’ and ‘AssignmentAttributionNumber’ are required for the dat file to load, but can anyone tell me what these are used for/where they are visible to the end user, and what happens to the data if I use a person number to load the data for someone who then subsequently leaves, and their record is terminated?

Does anyone use a ‘fake’ employee records number for these loads? ( We have an employee set up as a non worker for the called Talent Facilitator, which I am wondering if we can use instead?)

Howdy, Stranger!
