WIP Material Issue with lot controlled components without onhand quantity

Hello All,

Please assist with the query below.

Our business has enabled "Allow Negative Balances". When we attempt to perform WIP material issue using lot controlled components without onhand at the Work Execution module, system did ask for the component lot number and we populate it as 1. Clicking on Next, the transaction is saved and the work order goes to Completed status. We also see a warning during this process.

But when we check the Operations/Completed transactions there is no history of this material issue happened.

This is resulting in an issue with inventory valuation.
