Admin Learning pages performance issue

Hi,

We have a severe performance issue in the following pages /transactions.

• My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Assignments: When a learning admin tries to search for Learning assignments with 'Assignment Status' search criteria = All, the search results take more than 3 minutes to display. (Yes, filters should be used, but the argument stays that the user would like to sometimes search for all results)
• My Client Groups > learning > Specializations: When the admin tries to add learner individually to the specialization the 1st employee selection takes more than 20 seconds, 2nd employee takes double the time and the page times out when 3rd employee is selected.
