Ability to Import/Export Manage Item Attribute Groups and Attributes configurations

Hello, I am trying to export the configurations we set up in an environment for the Item Attribute Groups and Attributes. However, each time I download and open the ZIP file, the files are empty and contain no data. We created numerous EFFs, and completing this activity would save us significant configuration time in the new instance, but I'm unsure why no data is available for import. Could you please advise? Thank you!
