How to incorporate Spend Authorizations on Project Balances under Manage Awards?

Currently when we created a Spend Authorization (with Budgetary Controls enabled) using a project number, the commitment only displays under Sponsored Projects -> Awards -> Tasks-> Manage Awards> Search for the Project number> Using the drop down on the right & choose Control Budget Balances then the Spend Authorizations amount will show up (in this example: $200)

However this is not what our Office of Sponsored Programs use to maintain Project Balances and this data doesn't transfer to our Budget vs Actual report.
