Notice Period Calculation concern
Dear Team,
We have received a concern from the customer regarding a notice period calculation. Here the issue happens when we provide the termination notification date and effective date in the termination process.
Consider the below example.
Notice Period - 2 Months
Termination notification date – 2025/01/10
Termination effective date – 2025/03/09
When we provide the termination notify date as 2025/01/10, the effective date is automatically set t to 2025/03/09. Here the notice period has calculated 2 months.
But the February month has 28 days and January month has 31 days. In this case, the 60 days has been calculated but the February hasn’t common days count (30 Days) . Appreciate if you could provide feedback for this date calculation.
