How to Compose Alert of Change in Termination date?

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to send the customized alerts whenever there is a terminations.

  1. One alert - whenever we terminate employees this alert triggers on daily basis.
  2. Second alert - whenever we update the termination date (for eg. termination date updated from 30th Nov 2024 to 31st Dec 2024) there should be an alert notifying there is a change in terminate date

Any inputs on creating the Second alert ??
