Employee able to add anything in ME => Skills Center
Summary:
Employee able to add anything in ME => Skills Center
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello,
We have seen that in ME => Skills Center, employee can add any skill (even if it is not in any of the catalogs). For example, if I type London as a skill, it gets added to the list of skills I have attained. We want to ensure that this doesn't happen. Is there anything we need to do (like enabling a profile option or something else) to restrict this?
Thanks
Mohnish
