How to identify Parent Buy Items from BOM Structure?

Summary:

We have no. of BOMs for our Manufacturing and need to identify Standard Buy Items and Parent Buy Items (not child Buy Components under a parent Buy Item Structure) from Discrete BOMs to setup Sourcing Rules, ASL and BPAs for planning purpose.
