Intermediate Unsubscribe Page- How to Prevent Accidental Unsubscribes

Hey Eloqua Marketers! Are using the out-of-the-box, one-click Unsubscribe from All or Remove from Email Group system links in your email footer? Then you should also be using the Intermediate Unsubscribe Page that was released in 23B.

Email providers’ link checkers can click all the links in an email (including the unsubscribe) to check their validity. Without a confirmation step, the email platform can unsubscribe someone by accident. This page serves as verification from the human recipient, so any bots that are checking email links are not accidentally unsubscribing contacts. This detailed documentation can help you set it up.
