When running a consolidation at Total Geography, the consolidation does not finish

In Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) Application, when executing the Consolidation or Force Consolidate rules, Consolidation Process is keep running for longer time and does not get finished.

The issue is caused by the following setup:

One of the Member in the Movement Dimension has the below Metadata Validation error:
