Unable to uncheck "Enable inventory tracking by project" in Manage Inventory Organization

I am facing issue when I am doing the uncheck "Enable inventory tracking by project" in Manage Inventory Organization. The below error is coming:

You can't disable inventory tracking by project because pending receiving transactions exist. Process the transactions or purge the pending records. (INV-2416839)

Summary:
The Work Order: XXX513407 has been created with status: Unreleased. and assigned the project Id# 48070 and detail. The Item 1000017XXX assigned tot he operation 10 but no transaction made.
Now I Removed the project info from the WO XXX513407. Went to Manage Inventory Organization and trying to uncheck the "Enable inventory tracking by project" but getting the error as You can't disable inventory tracking by project because pending receiving transactions exist. Process the transactions or purge the pending records. (INV-2416839).
