Unable to test out the functionality of new Learning Management privileges released in 24D

Hi,

We are seeking assistance in understanding the functionality and navigation of the following privileges within our Oracle Cloud environment. Additionally, we would appreciate any reference documents or resources that could help us in testing these privileges:

1. Manage Role Guide (WLF_MANAGE_ROLE_GUIDE_PRIV)
2. Recommend by Analysis (WLF_RECOMMEND_BY_ANALYSIS_PRIV)
3. Recommend by Filtered List (WLF_RECOMMEND_BY_ANALYSIS_PRIV)
4. Select Learning Audience by Analysis (WLF_SELECT_LEARNING_AUDIENCE_BY_ANALYSIS_PRIV)
5. Select Learning Audience by Filtered List (WLF_SELECT_LEARNING_AUDIENCE_BY_FILTERED_LIST_PRIV)
