On Boarding task due date

Summary:

I am using On Boarding Journey which is triggered by the "Add Pending Worker" action. i noticed that the tasks assignee's can't complete the task becuase of future due date ( the pending worker projected start date is one week ahead ) how to change it so the task will be opened for edit even before the due date ?
